Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking. Booking a session means you agree to the terms below. Time zone. All times are shown in your local time zone when you book. I'm based in Victoria, BC, on Pacific time. Payment. The Time-Back Snapshot is $497 CAD, paid at the time of booking. Your session isn't confirmed until payment goes through. The Fit Call is free. The AI Time-Back Audit and the Implementation Sprint are invoiced separately after we've agreed on scope; they aren't booked or paid for through this page. Rescheduling. You can reschedule either session yourself, free, up to 24 hours before the start time. The link is in your confirmation email. Inside 24 hours, email me and I'll do my best. Cancelling a Fit Call. Cancel any time, no notice needed. It's a free conversation and I'd rather have the slot back than have you sit through something that isn't useful. Cancelling a Snapshot. Cancel 24 or more hours before your session and you'll be refunded in full within 10 business days. Inside 24 hours, I can reschedule you once at no charge. A second cancellation inside 24 hours, or a no-show, means the fee is kept, because that time was held for you and the prep work is already done. If you're running late. I'll wait 15 minutes, then release the slot. For a Snapshot, we'll use whatever time is left rather than running over, so starting late means a shorter session. If I have to move a session. I'll give you as much notice as I can and the choice of a new time or a full refund. What the Snapshot guarantee covers. If the two-page summary doesn't contain at least one practical, worthwhile action you can start within seven days, with a named tool or process change and its first steps written out, email me within 7 days of receiving it and I'll refund the Snapshot fee to your original payment method within 10 business days. What happens to what you tell me. Anything you share about how your business runs stays between us. I don't share client information, name clients publicly, or use anything from a session as an example without written permission on the exact wording. Recording. I don't record sessions by default. If you'd like a recording for your team, say so at the start and I'll turn it on. Who should be there. The owner or whoever can actually decide to change how the work gets done.
