Take a pause from the everyday and join us for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and deep rest.
Our Ceremonial Cacao & Sound Bath gathering brings together the heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao, the wisdom of the Maya Cholq'ij calendar, creative expression, and the restorative experience of sound healing.
We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao and creating space to arrive, settle, and set an intention. Together, we'll explore elements of Maya cosmology and engage in the mindful practice of weaving an Ojo de Dios.
The afternoon will then flow into an immersive sound healing experience, deep rest meditation, and personal journaling.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get lost in the busyness of life.
